Welcome to mdf.md. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site, the 3D configurator, and placing any orders or requests. By continuing to browse, you agree to the rules stated below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This site is owned and operated by ART FLAME SRL (IDNO: 1016600040002, located at: MD-2023, Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, str. Socoleni 31c).

1.2. The administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

2. Purpose of the Site and Information Accuracy

2.1. The mdf.md website serves as an online catalog, a 3D design tool (BPlanner), and a store for custom and modular furniture.

2.2. We make every effort to ensure information is accurate. However, product images, 3D renders, and material colors are for presentation purposes and may differ slightly from reality due to screen settings.

2.3. Projects created in the 3D configurator and automatically generated prices are strictly estimates and for informational purposes only.

3. Orders, Confirmation, and Delivery

3.1. Submitting a request: Saving a 3D project, adding items to the cart, or sending a contact form represents a purchase/calculation request, not an automatically finalized sales contract.

3.2. Order Confirmation: All requests are processed by our operators. The order is considered accepted and the contract concluded only after technical validation, on-site measurements (if applicable), confirmation of the final price, and payment of the agreed advance.

3.3. Delivery and assembly: Costs and terms for delivery and assembly will be communicated and established individually with the operator upon order confirmation.

4. User Obligations

By using the site, you agree to provide real and correct information when filling out forms (name, phone number, email) and not to take actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the 3D configurator or site security.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the site (texts, graphics, logos, configurator interface) are the intellectual property of ART FLAME SRL or used with the consent of partners (e.g., BPlanner). Copying or using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ART FLAME SRL is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site (e.g., technical errors in the 3D platform). Decisions made based solely on preliminary online estimates are at the user's own risk.

7. Personal Data Protection

Processing of data provided through the site is carried out in strict compliance with the Privacy Policy and Law No. 195/2024.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or by competent courts.
